Our practice
We are committed to providing quality healthcare to families in the Tucson area, and we treat patients of all ages. We believe in listening: taking the time to understand each person's needs, goals, and lifestyle, and offering solutions that improve health while making smiles bright and beautiful.
What makes us different is what happens under this one roof. Alongside general and cosmetic dentistry, our team includes an endodontist and a doctor with advanced training in oral surgery, implants, and IV sedation, which means most of the care other offices refer out happens right here.

Dr. Payam K. Asadi, DMD
Our practice is led by Dr. Payam K. Asadi, DMD, who has been serving the Tucson community for many years. Dr. Asadi is passionate about providing high-quality dental care and creating a warm and welcoming environment for all of our patients.
Dr. Asadi has always been a Tucson local, having moved here with his family during his teenage years. He went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from The University of Arizona, graduating Magna Cum Laude. During his time in school, Dr. Asadi volunteered at El Rio Dental Clinic and St. Elizabeth's Health Center Dental Clinic, gaining valuable experience and developing a passion for dentistry.
Dr. Asadi went on to attend the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health in Mesa, Arizona, where he received advanced training in various dental techniques and treatments. Today, Dr. Asadi is a proud member of Spear Education, which provides dental continuing education to dentists striving for clinical excellence in dentistry. Dr. Asadi likes to take continuing education courses to stay on top of the latest dental techniques, treatments and technologies.
In addition to providing top-quality dental care, Dr. Asadi is committed to serving the community. He enjoys volunteering and has been providing free care for veterans and homeless veterans. Dr. Asadi believes that everyone deserves access to quality dental care, regardless of their financial situation.
Dr. Ron Malakpour, DDS, MS
Dr. Ron is a board-eligible endodontist. He graduated with academic distinction from the West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 2017. He completed externships at The University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. Dr. Malakpour then pursued his dream by returning to West Virginia to complete his post-graduate residency in endodontics, and earned a Masters degree in Dentistry in 2019. Prior to his move to Arizona in 2021, he practiced in West Virginia and Minnesota in private practice settings and general practice dental clinics. His research, entitled "Assessment of Fracture Resistance of Maxillary First Molars after Root Canal Preparation Using Three Different Rotary Instruments (V-Taper, ProTaper, Vortex Blue): Finite Element Analysis," is accessible at the WVU School of Dentistry.
Dr. Justin Rider, DDS
Dr. Rider obtained his Bachelor of Science degree at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale before receiving his dental degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. Prior to entering private practice, he served an advanced education in general dentistry residency at Sheppard Air Force Base in Texas and was also assigned to Davis-Monthan Air Force Base in Tucson for three years. In 2010, after completing an additional year of clinical and continuing education, Dr. Rider was recognized by the Air Force Specialty Code as an Advanced Clinical Dentist.
Dr. Rider's postgraduate education provided him additional training in the areas of IV sedation, oral surgery, wisdom tooth extractions, dental implants, and orthodontics. This training allows him to provide his patients with more comprehensive treatment options in the comfort of their own dental office.
