What to expect at your visit

Comfort-first care, clear costs, and a team that listens.

Your first visit

From the moment you walk in, our front desk team is dedicated to making you feel comfortable. Your first appointment typically includes a conversation about your goals and concerns, digital x-rays, a comprehensive exam, and an honest discussion of anything we find, in plain language, with no pressure.

Nervous? You're in good company

We understand dental anxiety is real. Tell us. We'll pace your visit to you, explain each step before it happens, and offer sedation options when helpful. Many of our most loyal patients started as our most nervous ones.

Paperwork: do it at home, not in our lobby

New patients can complete their forms before arriving, which means less time with a clipboard and more time with your dentist. Choose whichever is easier:

Prefer paper? Arrive about 15 minutes early and we'll hand you the packet at the front desk.

Insurance

We're contracted with most dental insurance plans, and we verify your benefits before your visit so you know your costs before treatment begins. Check the full list on our Accepted Insurances page. Don't see your plan? Don't assume; call us at (520) 293-9277 and we'll check it in minutes.

Paying for your care

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards, plus HSA and FSA cards. You can pay your bill online through Square, and for larger treatment plans we offer monthly payment options through Cherry and CareCredit. Full details and payment buttons are on our Payments page.

Our financial policy

Every patient's financial situation is different. If your insurance won't cover everything, or you have no insurance at all, we will work with you to find a solution that gets you the care you need. We're health care professionals first. Call our office and ask; that conversation is always free.
