This includes Cigna Dental PPO/DPPO, Aetna PPO, Delta Dental PPO, Guardian PPO, Humana PPO, MetLife PPO, United Concordia PPO, UnitedHealthcare PPO, and many others. If you don't see your insurance company or exact plan name, call (520) 293-9277. Plan names, employer groups, and network arrangements vary, and our team can verify your specific benefits before your visit.
Please note: We are a PPO and fee-for-service office. We are not contracted with any HMO/DHMO plans or with AHCCCS (Arizona Medicaid). If you have an HMO or AHCCCS plan, give us a call and we'll gladly talk through your options for care.

What if my dental insurance is not listed?

Do you accept HMO, DHMO, or AHCCCS dental plans?
We are a PPO and fee-for-service office. We are not contracted with HMO or DHMO plans or AHCCCS. Call us and we will gladly explain your available options for care.
