Who designs and places veneers?
Dr. Payam K. Asadi, DMD, a general and cosmetic dentist, designs each case around your facial features and goals, and places the finished porcelain in our Oracle Road office.
How many visits do veneers take?
Typically two to three. The first visit covers planning and preparation, and the finished veneers are bonded at a follow-up visit once they return from the lab.
How long do veneers last?
Well-cared-for porcelain veneers commonly last 10 to 15 years. Good brushing and flossing, routine checkups, and a nightguard if you grind your teeth all extend their life.
What is the difference between veneers and Lumineers?
Lumineers are an ultra-thin brand of veneer that usually requires little or no removal of natural enamel. We offer both, and our Lumineers page explains when each makes sense.
